Your Role

  • Engage with clients to gain profound insights into their people, processes, systems, and data to perform diagnostics and reporting.
  • Build strong relationships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Design solutions, propose project plans, and facilitate cross-functional and cross-business resources to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Assist in the deployment and enhancement of our technical/software tools and solutions.
  • Oversee your own workstream and inspire a talented team of analysts and consultants to deliver transformative results.
  • Participate in regular reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions with fellow consultants.
  • Support a variety of internal business improvement initiatives (e.g., team-building events, CSR, diversity, mental health, innovation labs, and cultural activities).
  • Value the time spent on-site with clients, as it greatly enriches the consulting experience.
