Role Overview | Key Responsibilities

People Service Delivery & Support

  • Deliver outstanding support for all People-related inquiries, ensuring accountability until resolution.

  • Manage and resolve ticketing issues effectively, offering high-quality advice and ensuring timely closure of all tickets.

People Operations & Systems

  • Conduct change and offboarding processes in Workday, ensuring accuracy at every step.

  • Perform monthly updates in Workday to maintain data integrity across supervisory organizations, reporting lines, cost centers, and job profiles.

  • Implement processes that enhance team member lifecycle management, focusing on optimization and scalability.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Assist in addressing basic employee relations issues by collaborating with the broader People Partner team, including note-taking in meetings and observing more complex cases.

  • Proactively learn about legal requirements associated with team member management to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

  • Provide early support for identified issues, facilitating the implementation of sustainable solutions for the organization.
