Role Overview | Key Responsibilities
People Service Delivery & Support
Deliver outstanding support for all People-related inquiries, ensuring accountability until resolution.
Manage and resolve ticketing issues effectively, offering high-quality advice and ensuring timely closure of all tickets.
People Operations & Systems
Conduct change and offboarding processes in Workday, ensuring accuracy at every step.
Perform monthly updates in Workday to maintain data integrity across supervisory organizations, reporting lines, cost centers, and job profiles.
Implement processes that enhance team member lifecycle management, focusing on optimization and scalability.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Assist in addressing basic employee relations issues by collaborating with the broader People Partner team, including note-taking in meetings and observing more complex cases.
Proactively learn about legal requirements associated with team member management to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
Provide early support for identified issues, facilitating the implementation of sustainable solutions for the organization.
