As an Associate Principal at TEECOM, you will take on a pivotal role in managing and leading diverse engineering projects of small to medium scale. This mid-level position is designed for individuals ready to step forward with increasing autonomy, overseeing project phases from initial programming to project closeout. Your responsibilities will include clarifying project requirements, coordinating multidisciplinary design efforts, documenting key decisions, and ensuring that all deliverables adhere to TEECOM’s high standards for quality and constructability.
Utilizing your strong engineering acumen, you will ensure that projects remain aligned with established scope, timelines, and budgets while proactively identifying potential risks to maintain project momentum. Your contributions will enhance TEECOM’s systems through active engagement with GitHub, meticulous documentation of client-specific details, and continuous improvement of standards, tools, and workflows.
In your role, you will develop robust client relationships, fostering trust through transparent communication, dependable follow-through, and innovative problem-solving. You will begin to establish your thought leadership by engaging in pursuits, crafting technical narratives, participating in interviews, and creating valuable content such as blogs and presentations. Internally, your mentorship will guide Designers and Engineers, providing hands-on assistance and constructive feedback that elevates team capabilities and reinforces TEECOM’s engineering standards. While this is not a managerial position, your influence will be crucial in nurturing TEECOM’s talent and promoting disciplined engineering practices.
