The Associate Principal, Strategic Finance & Analytics role within the Chief Business Officer Finance organization will play a pivotal part in driving the business's growth, analytics, and strategy. This position will involve collaboration with essential teams in supply, quality, product, and finance to deliver actionable insights and financial guidance directly to senior leadership.
Your Impact:
In this influential role, the Associate Principal will act as a key finance and strategy leader, working across various functions to enhance financial planning and analysis, monitor performance against CBO priorities, and support senior leadership with insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations that drive growth and profitability in host-facing supply and partnerships aligned with the CBO’s mission.
The ideal candidate will possess robust financial expertise and the capability to succinctly present insights and recommendations to senior leaders, shaping critical business decisions.
A Day in This Role:
- Annual & Quarterly Planning: Work with business partners to oversee the annual and quarterly planning processes, ensuring alignment with both financial and strategic objectives.
- Strategic Initiatives: Lead or assist in strategic projects aimed at improving financial outcomes, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering long-term growth, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Insights & Analytics: Deliver actionable insights and analytics that inform strategic decisions and drive business performance.
