Role Overview
As an Associate in our Private Equity Client Community, you will be instrumental in supporting clients, consultants, and the broader Catalant team throughout the entire go-to-market lifecycle. Our internal Client Community team comprises ambitious, sales-driven professionals committed to stimulating business growth, cultivating strategic partnerships, and discovering new avenues for our clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include identifying talent needs through proactive outreach to potential clients, expertly aligning consultants with client demands, vetting and mentoring consultants, and overseeing key projects and processes. This role is designed for individuals eager to cultivate a diverse skill set, with a clear path towards more senior roles in sales and client management. This position provides the chance to make a significant impact while establishing a robust foundation for career progression.
