What You’ll Do:Oversee daily execution and support for agile teams, including leading sprint ceremonies (standups, planning, grooming, reviews, retros). Manage product inquiries, obstacles, and operational needs from Engineering, QA, and cross-functional partners to facilitate progress. Create and prioritize Jira tickets to maintain an organized and efficient backlog. Assist in product discovery by collecting user insights, analyzing data, and developing hypotheses to enhance fan engagement and account usability. Support design initiatives and A/B testing to assess product changes and optimize fan experiences. Monitor product performance and key metrics; utilize product data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement in product reliability and usability. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements, support feature rollouts, and gather feedback.

Role overview

The Associate Product Manager - Consumer Products will join the Product Management team in Los Angeles, CA. The focus is on identity and account management features such as authentication, profile management, user preferences, ticket ownership, and linked account experiences across consumer and partner platforms.
