Job Description
We are excited to expand our global services team by adding an Associate Service Consultant with a proven track record in customer service within the IT sector. This role will be based in Medellin, Colombia, and will be pivotal in delivering successful consulting projects for both internal and external clients. Responsibilities include acting as a technical lead during solution implementations and advising customers on best industry practices for our new products. Collaboration with Project Management, Product Management, and Support teams will be essential to ensure our customers receive exceptional service.
