The Associate Store Leader will play a pivotal role in promoting operational excellence and enhancing team engagement within our retail space, ensuring that every customer embodies the premium essence of the On brand. You will implement our meticulous, customer-focused strategies on a daily basis while fostering your team's achievements.
Reporting directly to the Store Leader, your focus will be on streamlining store operations and cultivating a high-performance culture characterized by authentic service. Your efforts will guarantee that our elevated service standards are not only met but consistently enhanced through strategic thinking and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of floor management and daily store operations with minimal supervision, creating an environment that aligns with On’s premium standards.
- Guide and mentor the team on the Cloud CX philosophy, establishing the standard for customer-centricity and service excellence in every interaction.
- Oversee inventory levels based on business forecasts, proactively communicating merchandising updates across departments.
- Evaluate daily KPIs and objectives to identify underlying issues and implement actionable strategies for improvement in store performance.
- Recognize skill gaps within the Lead Store Advisor team and lead training sessions on business-related topics, advocating for professional growth.
- Inspire the store’s vision and mission by actively engaging the team, fostering a culture of trust and shared responsibility.
Your Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in retail leadership or high-touch service environments, especially in premium or performance-oriented brands.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities, adept at asking the right questions and employing systemic thinking to overcome operational challenges.
- A proficient facilitator with a track record of delivering technical or operational training and coaching to a variety of team members.
- Possess a high degree of emotional intelligence, consistently reflecting on performance and seeking new knowledge to extend professional boundaries.
- Communicate with authenticity and clarity, establishing strong relational intelligence to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
