Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and dependable Associate Structural Engineer to spearhead field assessments of industrial structures. This role involves analyzing data, identifying root causes of failures, developing analytical models, conducting calculations, and formulating engineered rehabilitation or replacement plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive field evaluations of existing industrial structures.
• Create calculations and analytical models using steel, concrete, and various materials.
• Design effective rehabilitation and/or replacement strategies.
• Specify materials and prepare detailed reports.
• Provide technical support and ensure quality control during structural construction phases.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.
• Licensure: Engineer-in-Training (E. I. T.) required; Professional Engineer (P. E.) preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in STAAD/SAP, ACI 318, AISC, ASCE-7, and IBC required. Familiarity with AWS D.1. and AutoCAD is a plus.
• Management: Basic team coordination experience is necessary.
• Other Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Willingness to work at heights and navigate ladders, stairways, and platforms with appropriate fall protection.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions while wearing necessary PPE, including hard hats, safety glasses, ear protection, masks, hi-vis vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
