As an Associate Supply Chain Consultant at efihr, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our clients with effective supply chain planning solutions. You will meticulously analyze planning challenges, collaborate on solution design, execute and validate these solutions, and ensure a seamless transition to go-live. Your expertise and support will be invaluable to customers throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with our solution architects to devise innovative planning solutions that guarantee a flawless and high-quality implementation.
- Leading the implementation process from inception to completion, working closely with the customer's project team.
- Providing expert guidance during and post-implementation to ensure optimal use of the solution.
- Conducting training sessions for customers to maximize their benefits from the implemented solution.
- Documenting the implemented solutions by creating technical descriptions for fellow consultants and functional notes for customers.
Although this position requires regular customer visits (approximately 20% of your time), you will remain an integral part of our team of experts and consultants, ensuring strong collaboration and support.
