Job Responsibilities:
Innovatively source and recruit senior consultants and contractors through various channels including referrals and cold calling
Develop a strong pipeline of highly qualified candidates to fulfill client requirements
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with consultants, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
Leverage CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to gather market insights and track recruitment progress
Negotiate competitive compensation packages to attract top talent
Work closely with account executives to efficiently meet client staffing needs
