Weekday-1 is looking for an Associate Vice President - Account Manager to join the team remotely from India. This position centers on supporting one of the company’s valued clients and calls for at least 9 years of experience in account management and client success.
What you will do
- Serve as the main contact for key client accounts, collaborating with business development, technology, and marketing teams.
- Oversee how enterprise SaaS products are implemented and adopted within client organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong advisory relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Lead new business pitches and manage onboarding for new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
- Proactively gather, clarify, and document client needs using Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with client objectives and timelines.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, using CRM and analytics tools to adjust account strategies.
- Manage several accounts with a proactive and results-driven approach, always keeping client needs in focus.
