As an Associate Workplace Manager at Anduril, you will contribute to the management of our Seattle facilities, focusing on internal office operations that drive our success. Your responsibilities will vary widely, from vendor management to floor plan ownership and employee population management. Every day will bring new challenges, and your commitment to excellence will be crucial in fostering a productive and employee-centric workplace.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and implement a comprehensive operational strategy for the office, collaborating with Production, R&D, Business Development, IT, and senior leadership.
  • Identify and resolve complex office-related issues, implementing solutions that align with our goals and budget while promoting a positive work atmosphere.
  • Develop and execute space utilization and office planning strategies, optimizing workspace configurations and departmental allocations.
