What You’ll Do
- Lead and implement a comprehensive operational strategy for the office, collaborating with Production, R&D, Business Development, IT, and senior leadership.
- Identify and resolve complex office-related issues, implementing solutions that align with our goals and budget while promoting a positive work atmosphere.
- Develop and execute space utilization and office planning strategies, optimizing workspace configurations and departmental allocations.
