We are currently looking for a Support Agent specializing in the Astrology niche.

About You:

  • Fluent in English (B2/Advanced);

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Strong time management and task prioritization abilities;

  • Experience in Customer Care / Support;

  • Experience with billing and payment systems will be an advantage.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer email inquiries and assist in resolving technical and billing issues;

  • Process refunds according to established workflows and customer requests;

  • Work with preventive systems (fraud alerts, RDR, etc.);

  • Adhere to SLA and internal service quality standards;

  • Analyze customer inquiries, identify common issues, and communicate findings to management;

  • Achieve established team KPIs and maintain high-quality service;

  • Perform related tasks within the support team.

Willingness to work on a changing schedule, including morning, daytime, and evening shifts (*evening shifts until 00:00/02:00).
