TEECOM seeks an Audiovisual Associate to join its remote team within the United States. This mid-level consultant role blends hands-on audiovisual production with analytical project responsibilities. The position manages discipline-specific deliverables, works directly with clients and design partners, and takes ownership of smaller projects. On larger projects, senior engineers provide additional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design audiovisual systems, including creating detailed drawings, specifications, and calculations.
- Prepare and coordinate project deliverables independently or as part of the production team.
- Work closely with a Mentor, senior engineers, and Project Leads to ensure accurate and coordinated design solutions.
- Maintain thorough documentation and follow up consistently to keep projects on track.
- Participate in project meetings, programming sessions, and coordination discussions.
- Support construction activities and maintain communication with clients, contractors, manufacturers, and design partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaboration and Communication
- Start developing client relationships through clear communication and reliable follow-through.
- Assist with defining project scope and preparing initial fee assumptions for proposals.
- Contribute to proposal coordination and provide input on discipline-specific scope.
- Share feedback and help improve team documentation and tools based on project experience.
