Qualifications
Key responsibilities include:Monitoring and reviewing daily stock movements to ensure proper documentation at the factory. Conducting pre-audits of outward gate passes, inward gate passes, Goods Dispatch Notes (GDNs), Stock Transfer Notes (STNs), and Goods Delivery Orders (GDOs) on a daily basis. Pre-audit of inward gate passes against purchase orders. Reviewing daily sales orders and GDOs related to the factory. Filing and maintaining audit data files. Documenting gate movement in daily logs for submission to HOD. Stock taking of raw materials as per the audit plan and reporting discrepancies or control gaps promptly. Supporting senior audit staff and undertaking any other audit-related tasks assigned by the HOD.

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Audit Officer to enhance our internal audit operations at Interwood Mobel. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our internal audit function by conducting pre-audit and verification processes for all documentation related to the movement of goods in and out of the factory.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring daily stock movements, conducting thorough reviews of gate passes, and ensuring accurate record-keeping within our systems. You will be responsible for submitting comprehensive daily logs and weekly reports to the Head of Department (HOD), as well as assisting senior audit staff during audits and special assignments. Maintaining confidentiality of audit information is paramount.
