About the Role:

As an Auto Quality Controller, you will play a crucial role in our Service Department. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all vehicles serviced or repaired in our workshop meet the highest quality standards before they are returned to our customers. This position demands a deep understanding of manufacturer standards and a commitment to maintaining our internal quality benchmarks for optimum customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Road Testing: Conduct thorough road tests on completed vehicles, ensuring all customer complaints are addressed according to manufacturer standards. Maintain a comprehensive road testing checklist with each job file and strive to meet daily throughput goals of 20-25 vehicles while ensuring strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
End Control Inspection: Perform detailed final inspections post-road test, including exterior and interior checks, fluid levels, lighting systems, dashboard functionality, and tire conditions. Ensure that each vehicle is clean, defect-free, and ready for delivery to customers while collaborating with technicians to report and rectify any defects.
Documentation & Reporting: Complete inspection reports and update our internal tracking systems. Promptly flag critical issues to the workshop manager or team leaders and maintain precise documentation for audit and traceability purposes.
