- Extensive experience with Relativity is essential.- Relativity certifications, such as Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) and/or Relativity Analytics Specialist, are highly desirable.- A minimum of eight years of experience in eDiscovery is required.
As the Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager at CGS Federal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of litigation support technology. In this full-time, experienced position, you will utilize your extensive industry knowledge and diverse technical expertise across various operating systems and coding languages to lead the delivery of lab data processing services. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that all incoming productions adhere to the applicable ESI specifications, while providing detailed feedback on any deficiencies to the case attorney.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of lab data processing services, ensuring timely and accurate task completion.
- Analyze, develop, and implement processing strategies for electronic files and related services, in line with ESI specifications.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to advise on best practices for compliance with ESI specifications, participating in teleconferences with co-counsel, client agencies, and opposing counsel as needed.
- Keep clients updated on lab activities, including deadlines, technical challenges, and resource availability.
- Provide webhosting support for unsupported cases managed by the lab.
- Oversee a team of eDiscovery professionals at a client-site eDiscovery laboratory, managing scheduling, requirements assessments, work assignments, and ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality control of deliverables.
- Guide client attorneys, paralegals, and case managers through all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), including Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, and Production.
