ITIS is looking for an Automated Testing Specialist to strengthen its team. This role centers on test automation and quality improvement within complex IT environments. Work remotely and contribute to projects for professional organizations throughout the Randstad region.
Role Overview
As a Tester, the focus shifts from manual testing to automation. The work involves designing and executing test scenarios, automating regression tests, and collaborating closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders. Assignments are diverse, offering the chance to influence software quality directly.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute test scenarios and plans
- Analyze and document findings and incidents
- Implement risk-based testing strategies
- Automate and maintain regression tests
- Test APIs and integrations
- Work with developers, analysts, and stakeholders
- Support acceptance testing
- Report on quality, progress, and risks
What You Bring
- HBO-level education or equivalent experience in IT
- Minimum 2 years as a tester or test automator
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, XRay, or HP ALM
- Familiarity with Selenium, Postman, or SoapUI
- Knowledge of APIs, JSON/XML, and SQL
- Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
