What Sets You Apart:EducationBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline. Experience & Know-HowProven experience in programming and commissioning industrial machines. Solid knowledge of robotics integration and MES connectivity. Hands-on experience in quality assurance, including machine vision development and programming. Strong understanding of machine hardware architecture and proficient in EPLAN design. Familiarity with automation technologies such as Beckhoff PLC, TwinCAT 3, Universal Robots, and Stäubli Robotics. LanguagesProficient in written and spoken English. Working Style & MethodsExceptional analytical and abstract thinking skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in cross-functional teams. Strong passion for new technologies and continuous learning.

Your Role in Shaping the Future:

  • Design and implement cutting-edge automation solutions for assembly processes, driving the transition to highly efficient and future-ready production systems.
  • Leverage collaborative robots (cobots) to automate manual tasks, ensuring safe and ergonomic workflows.
  • Engineer and develop software for new machinery and production lines to facilitate seamless integration and optimized performance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers during the development and construction phases of machinery to ensure technical alignment and uphold quality standards.
  • Monitor project milestones to guarantee equipment availability and readiness for production.
  • Engage in the setup, commissioning, and ramp-up of new production lines both locally and internationally.
  • Introduce innovative automation technologies and assist in their industrialization within the facility.
  • Conduct testing activities in line with predefined plans and ensure robust validation of automation solutions.
  • Identify technological advancements that can enhance cost-effectiveness, performance, and efficiency of automated systems.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for automation equipment and processes.
  • Install new machinery, develop and commission automation programs, and perform capability analyses.
  • Support production teams with troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
