Key Responsibilities for Senior Automation Engineer:

  • Utilize strong IT skills to troubleshoot and identify issues in IT-centric systems.
  • Design and implement essential automation components for equipment projects, including PLC, vision, and HMI programming.
  • Manage general change processes effectively.
  • Independently comprehend and uphold client quality standards, cGMP, and regulatory requirements to assist in compliance during validation efforts.
  • Conduct independent verification of testing against specifications.
  • Support the client's change management program by drafting proposed changes, executing impact assessments/regression analyses, and assisting in documenting change results.
  • Create, edit, and execute technical documentation for commissioning, qualification, and validation of standard equipment/systems/ software, and processes as directed by project leadership.
  • Execute test scripts and meticulously document results.
  • Maintain adherence to project schedules for all assigned activities.
  • Keep thorough records of qualification and validation efforts.
  • Document impact and risk assessments collaboratively.
