Your Responsibilities

Lead automation and PLC support across the Ashby site, enhancing fault-finding capabilities across all shifts.
Confidently address automation challenges, including obsolescence upgrades and CAPEX project execution.
Collaborate with site teams, suppliers, and contractors to realize automation projects from conception to completion.
Enhance automation standards through training and coaching, ensuring safe systems and consistent procedures.
Engage in cross-functional teamwork to support both site-driven and centrally driven engineering initiatives.
Provide 24/7 emergency cover, ensuring the availability and safety of automation systems at all times.
Drive continuous improvement through Intersnack Work Systems and Initiative Management principles.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Environment, and Hygiene policies, focusing on safe working practices.
Manage automation documentation, contracts, and warranties, guaranteeing systems are fit for purpose.
