Your Responsibilities

As an Automation Test Engineer, you will design and implement both manual and automated test protocols to ensure that our software products meet all functional, performance, and compliance standards. You will work autonomously within established QA frameworks, engage with cross-functional teams, and actively contribute to the continuous enhancement of our testing methodologies and product quality.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with Product and Development teams to review software specifications and controls, ensuring clarity and testability.
  • Designing, executing, and documenting manual and automated test cases across various environments and platforms.
  • Developing and maintaining reusable test scripts and frameworks utilizing automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
  • Analyzing test results, identifying defects, and providing constructive feedback to development teams.
  • Ensuring traceability among requirements, test cases, and identified defects.
  • Participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and QA estimation sessions.
  • Enhancing test coverage and execution efficiency through automation and tool improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance of testing activities with internal risk frameworks and external regulatory standards.
  • Contributing to the ongoing advancement of QA processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Collaborating with DevOps and CI/CD teams to integrate automated tests into development pipelines.
  • Communicating test findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
