Experience:Minimum of 5 years of hands-on automotive repair experienceAt least 2 years as a diagnostic master or lead technician1 year of direct customer interaction experienceCurrent or previous ASE or OEM certifications (preferred but not mandatory)Skills and Knowledge:Proficient in the use and maintenance of advanced and OEM level diagnostic scan toolsAdept at interpreting and documenting automotive diagnostic scan tool dataAbility to read and understand automotive electrical/electronic schematicsBasic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (including Explorer, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.) required for this positionStrong communication skills to explain findings to fellow technicians and non-technical clients

Based in Jacksonville, Florida, AirPro Diagnostics is revolutionizing the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) sector! We are in search of enthusiastic, self-driven, and highly skilled automotive diagnostic specialists to join our expanding team and provide unparalleled service in the collision repair industry. This is an hourly position (NOT flat rate).


The chosen technician will conduct both pre-scans and post-repair diagnostic scans (completion scans) remotely, aiding in the accurate repair and calibration of vehicles at our clients' collision repair facilities. Utilizing our advanced scan tool, connected directly to the vehicle, you will perform a variety of functions including code/data reading, programming, bi-directional testing, component re-learns, configurations, coding, calibrations, and clearing diagnostic codes, while providing invaluable assistance to ensure the vehicle's ADAS systems are restored to their original manufacturer condition.
