Position Overview:
As an Automotive Engineering Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aspiring automotive professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Effectively organizing and delivering courses, ensuring adherence to the educational standards set by our institution.
- Identifying and addressing educational goals for each unit based on semester outlines, utilizing our established educational materials (presentations, notes).
- Assessing the learning needs of students and tailoring lessons to their levels and specific fields of study.
- Creating an engaging and interactive educational process by leveraging modern tools and technologies (such as multimedia files, YouTube, 3D visualizations) along with experiential learning methods (role-playing, simulations, case studies, etc.).
- Utilizing the school's digital educational systems to enhance learning.
- Actively participating in the school's educational and developmental activities.
