Positive, outgoing attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the automotive sales industry. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus (but not required).

Position Overview:
Bentley Maserati is on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven Automotive Sales Associates to enhance our vibrant dealership. In this role, you will assist customers in discovering their ideal vehicle, provide top-notch customer service, and cultivate lasting relationships. Whether you are seasoned in automotive sales or eager to embark on a new career, we provide the necessary tools, training, and support to thrive in the dynamic automotive sales landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom and online with energy, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach.
Identify customer needs and preferences to suggest appropriate vehicles from our Bentley and Maserati offerings.
Facilitate test drives, conduct vehicle walkarounds, and deliver comprehensive explanations of features, options, and warranties.
Leverage your sales acumen to finalize sales while ensuring a relaxed and positive customer experience.
Establish strong connections with customers and maintain follow-up communication to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay informed about product knowledge, new vehicle features, and current promotions.
Support vehicle inventory management and ensure all vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for sale.
Collaborate closely with finance and service teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
Aim to meet or exceed sales targets and performance expectations.
Qualifications:
Previous automotive sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
A genuine passion for vehicles and a commitment to helping customers find the right fit.
Self-driven and motivated to achieve or surpass sales objectives.
A positive and outgoing demeanor, with a willingness to learn and advance in the automotive sales field.
Capability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
