Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultants to build lasting relationships with our clients while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers entering the showroom or sales lot
- Guide customers in vehicle selection by asking relevant questions and attentively listening to their needs
- Present product features, performance, and benefits to potential buyers
- Inform customers about optional equipment available for purchase
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct professional presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles
- Master sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals in line with company standards
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on sales objectives and activities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dealership setting is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
