Motor Werks is actively searching for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary liaison for customers seeking automotive maintenance and repair services, ensuring their satisfaction while fostering enduring relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and evaluate their service requirements, offering guidance and recommendations based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer specifications.
- Arrange service appointments and coordinate service orders with the service department to guarantee the prompt completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on their vehicles' status and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Review service estimates with customers, clarifying suggested repairs and associated costs, while securing approval for work to be undertaken.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure precise diagnosis and prompt completion of repairs, adhering to high-quality standards.
- Process payment for services rendered, including collecting payments, processing invoices, and preparing documentation for customer records.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, service transactions, and vehicle service histories using dealership management software.
