Conduct test drives to thoroughly analyze and diagnose vehicle components, employing Kia's diagnostic strategies alongside specialized tools and equipment.
Perform services, diagnostics, and repairs promptly while collaborating with the shop foreman and service advisor to enhance customer satisfaction.
