Role Overview

  • Utilize your expertise to diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles, including critical systems such as engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and electrical components.
  • Efficiently complete repair orders and warranty requests, adhering to established Kia and retailer policies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct test drives to thoroughly analyze and diagnose vehicle components, employing Kia's diagnostic strategies alongside specialized tools and equipment.
  • Perform services, diagnostics, and repairs promptly while collaborating with the shop foreman and service advisor to enhance customer satisfaction.
