PERGOLUX is looking for a B2B Account Manager to join the DACH Team in Berlin. This role centers on managing a varied portfolio of business clients across the DACH region. The Account Manager takes responsibility for nurturing client relationships, supporting revenue growth, and acting as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams. The focus is on building trust, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring clients receive consistent value over time.
What You Will Do
- Oversee the full lifecycle of assigned B2B accounts, including onboarding, renewals, and expansion activities.
- Identify and act on opportunities to increase net revenue retention through upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels within customer organizations.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, manage sales pipelines, and support business planning with reliable forecasting.
- Serve as the main contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination with internal teams.
What We Look For
