About the Team:
The B2B team at CookUnity operates with the agility of a startup , entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and innovative. We are charting a bold new path by providing exceptional culinary experiences to businesses and their employees. This position reports directly to the Head of B2B and collaborates closely with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to strategize and execute our vision.
The Role:
As the B2B Digital Marketing Lead, you will play a crucial role in scaling our operations. You will manage the systems that drive our growth, existing at the crossroads of demand generation and marketing operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the infrastructure that captures leads, converts pipelines, and ensures accurate reporting.
Your focus will be on enhancing performance across the inbound marketing funnel: from lead capture and nurturing to user engagement with our Smart Fridge initiative, all while continuously optimizing our marketing systems. This is not merely a campaign execution role; it’s about building, optimizing, and scaling the processes that fuel our growth.
Success in this position will be gauged by measurable improvements in our marketing funnel, including higher lead-to-meeting and lead-to-SQL conversion rates, along with increased SQL volume and marketing-driven pipeline development. You will also work to shorten inbound lead response times, improve event-to-SQL conversion rates, and enhance Smart Fridge engagement. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing reliable reporting frameworks and contributing to enhanced SEO-driven inbound performance.
