City Wide Facilities Solutions is seeking a proactive and driven B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a key player in our sales department, you will focus on new business development within a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Role Overview
The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals. Your goal will be to build and expand a robust client base, ensuring continuous growth month over month. Additionally, you will collaborate with other Sales Executives to refer leads for Janitorial Services and other solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate potential clients, generating new sales on a monthly basis.
- Establish and maintain a solid client base for recurring revenue.
- Kickstart the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding client needs, and delivering impactful presentations.
- Close sales by fostering relationships, articulating our service offerings, addressing client concerns, and preparing contracts.
- Engage in at least 20 hours of field prospecting and make 200 marketing calls each week.
- Effectively utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage all client information and leads.
- Contribute to a positive work environment through respectful and constructive communication with clients, contractors, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Success Metrics
- Present over 20 proposals monthly.
- Acquire 10 or more new clients each month.
- Refer at least 1 Janitorial Services lead monthly.
- Achieve an annual sales target of $720,000 in revenue.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, bend, push, and pull up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to walk indoors and outdoors for several hours daily.
- Capability to sit for extended periods.
