As part of our dynamic Sales Team, you will actively engage in new business development within a fast-paced, results-oriented sales environment. Your role encompasses the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing the deal. Collaborating closely with account managers and fellow sales professionals, you will cultivate and manage fruitful business relationships.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and qualifying potential clients.
- Initiating the sales process through appointment scheduling, understanding account needs, and delivering presentations.
- Closing sales by establishing rapport, articulating our service capabilities, addressing objections, and preparing contracts.
- Conducting a minimum of 20 hours of prospecting each week.
- Utilizing and overseeing your customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain comprehensive customer data.
- Managing your Hot 25 list within the CRM.
- Fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration with clients and colleagues.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
