Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new leads, prospects, and referrals to ensure consistent monthly sales growth.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings to assess client needs and present customized service solutions.
- Establish rapport and trust with prospective clients to secure deals and foster long-term partnerships.
- Commit to a minimum of 20 hours weekly dedicated to prospecting activities.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized client information within the CRM system.
- Utilize warm calling and relationship-building techniques to connect with decision-makers.
- Keep an active pipeline through your personal “Hot 25” prospect list.
- Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
