Role overview
The Back Office Operations Support Agent works on-site at the Barcelona depot, supporting daily fleet operations. This role focuses on making sure vehicles are ready for customers and that behind-the-scenes processes run smoothly.
Main responsibilities
- Clean and prepare campervans and RVs before each rental.
- Check vehicle details and inspect for any issues or damage.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, including cleaning supplies and consumables.
- Assist with minor repairs and quick fixes as needed.
- Organize depot logistics and help coordinate daily operations.
What you will work on
- Operational support: Step in to clean, prepare, and perform minor maintenance on vehicles to keep schedules running smoothly.
- Fleet preparation: Ensure every campervan is clean, equipped, and checked for damage after each return.
- Stock management: Track and organize cleaning products and other essential materials.
- Depot logistics: Move vehicles, assist suppliers, and maintain a safe, organized depot environment.
- Coordination: Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up, support small repairs, and report any operational concerns.
Requirements
- Experience: Background in cleaning, warehouse, logistics, automotive, tourism, or operations is preferred.
- Physical readiness: Comfortable with active, hands-on work.
- Attention to detail: Reliable and thorough in completing tasks.
- Teamwork: Works well with others and helps maintain a positive team atmosphere.
