THE ROLE
As a Back Office Operations Support Agent, you will engage in a hands-on role that is vital to our fleet operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cleaning vehicles to ensure they are ready for customer use
- Conducting detail verification to maintain high-quality standards
- Managing stock and consumables to support operational efficiency
- Assisting with minor repairs to keep our fleet in top condition
- Organizing depot logistics and maintaining an orderly workspace
Your contribution will be crucial to maintaining fleet readiness and ensuring seamless depot operations.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- On-Demand Operational Support: Assist with vehicle preparation, cleaning, and quick fixes to minimize delays.
- Fleet Preparation and Cleaning: Ensure vehicles are cleaned and equipped, checking for damages after returns.
- Stock and Consumables Management: Track and organize cleaning supplies and consumables effectively.
- Logistics and Depot Organisation: Manage campervan movements, assist with suppliers, and maintain a safe and clean depot environment.
- Operational and Coordination Support: Prepare vehicles for customer pickups, help with minor repairs, and report any issues that arise.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Must have: Relevant experience in cleaning, warehouse operations, logistics, automotive, tourism, or related fields.
- Must have: Physical fitness and comfort with hands-on, fast-paced work environments.
