About the Department:
The IT Escrituração department is dedicated to the development and maintenance of solutions that support asset bookkeeping processes. This includes managing shareholder positions, registering and updating investor databases, processing corporate events (dividends, consolidations, splits, subscriptions), reconciling with custodians, and generating regulatory information.
The team ensures the integrity, security, and availability of the systems that underpin the custodial bookkeeping, ensuring compliance with market rules and regulatory bodies, as well as proper integration with other internal areas and participants in the financial ecosystem.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the conception and structuring of new products in collaboration with the business area.
- Work in a collaborative and democratic environment, with the autonomy to propose ideas and directly impact product evolution.
- Develop systems with cutting-edge technologies, contributing to innovative solutions in the financial market.
