Your Role as a Backend Engineer

At Fresha, we harness the power of AI not merely as a coding assistant, but as a catalyst for feature delivery. Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate intimately with Product, Design, Frontend, Infrastructure, and Mobile engineers to transition features from discovery to deployment and beyond.

* Take ownership of features from concept to observability: encompassing technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

* Design, develop, and sustain efficient, scalable, and robust Ruby/Elixir code.

* Work within a polyglot technology stack (Ruby, Elixir, GraphQL, TypeScript, gRPC) and modern messaging systems (Kafka).

* Operate within a Kubernetes-driven framework as we progress towards a microservices architecture.

* Apply Domain-Driven Design principles to build high-quality, impactful products from inception to delivery.
