The Role
As a Backend Engineer on our Machine Learning Platform team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the foundational systems that drive Frontera's AI and ML functionalities. This includes building training pipelines, model inference APIs, and video processing frameworks. You will design robust, scalable pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and serving extensive datasets utilized for ML training and predictions. Collaborating closely with machine learning scientists, data engineers, and product engineers, you will ensure that models can be efficiently trained, deployed, and updated, while facilitating rapid experimentation and long-term scalability. Your contributions will directly enable ML-driven features that empower care teams to work more efficiently and reach a wider audience of children in need.
