What We're Seeking
We are in search of a skilled Backend Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable backend systems that underpin our innovative products. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to devise solutions that enhance financial inclusion and revolutionize money management.
Your Responsibilities
Focus on greenfield development and improving existing systems.
Engage in projects such as building REST APIs, engineering microservices, and enhancing critical systems including card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity.
Utilize our technology stack, primarily based on Java 25 and PostgreSQL.
Employ Spring Boot for swift and high-quality delivery.
Adopt a pragmatic approach to developing business logic with a focus on clean code, maintainability, and rapid delivery utilizing TDD, DDD, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
Qualifications Required
Proven experience in backend development, with proficiency in Java.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related Engineering/Science disciplines.
A quick learner with a driven, results-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills (fluent in English, both verbal and written).
A track record of developing complex products utilized by millions in high-growth startup environments.
