Your ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Ownership: Design and write RFCs that guide the evolution of the Comodato domain, creating clean and scalable solutions across our integration layer with SAP, Salesforce, and the SumUp App. Code Excellence: Take full responsibility for backend delivery, from writing production-quality code to conducting thorough peer reviews that ensure codebase integrity and maintainability. Technical Standards Leadership: Implement clear documentation, testing protocols, and CI/CD enhancements to minimize technical debt and increase team autonomy over time. Team Mentorship: Collaborate with and actively develop fellow engineers in the squad, serving as a technical reference and fostering a culture of ownership and engineering excellence. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Engineering Manager, Product Manager, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps and scalable solutions.
