bahmanncoaching is hiring a full-time Backoffice Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for its Hannover office. This position focuses on organizational and administrative support within the commercial sector.
What You Will Do
- Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone
- Update and manage the customer database
- Handle clerical, organizational, and coordination tasks
- Provide customer support for organizational matters, both directly and by phone
- Support event management, including travel and seminar arrangements
- Carry out administrative duties such as scheduling appointments
- Process emails and documents as part of general back office operations
Who Can Apply
No previous experience in back office work is required. Full onboarding and training are provided, making this role suitable for career changers and those new to the field.
Compensation
Salary: 2,700 Euro gross per month for full-time employment.
