Role Overview: Backoffice Manager (m/w/d)

This position is based in Hannover, Niedersachsen. The Backoffice Manager keeps the daily operations running smoothly and supports both clients and the internal team. Comprehensive training and established workflows are provided.

Main Responsibilities

Client interaction: Act as the primary contact for clients, handling administrative questions and requests.
Organizational tasks: Manage appointments, organize documents, and maintain efficient office routines.
Team support: Assist colleagues with administrative tasks and ensure information is accessible when needed.
Database management: Keep client information accurate and up to date in our databases.
