Role Overview:

As a Bartender, you will craft beverages and drinks in accordance with the hotel's drink menu and recipes. You will maintain a clean and organized workspace while providing services that adhere to the Group's hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Mix cocktails and drinks according to the Group's standards.
Set up the station (mise en place) before service starts.
Keep the workspace tidy and organized.
Monitor local stock levels.
Manage inventory and place orders based on the Group's operational procedures.
Communicate any issues to your direct supervisor.
Deliver services that align with the Group's standards.
