KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE / BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
Provide exceptional service by engaging with visitors and delivering a KIKO-standard experience (attitude, attire, and makeup).
Achieve business objectives set by the Store Manager, focusing on customer experience, sales, and KPIs.
Meet customer needs through effective cross-selling of products.
Complete all BeKIKO training modules and quizzes.
Communicate any issues that may affect customer experience or KPI outcomes to management (e.g., trends, stock levels, store cleanliness).
As an employee, you may have the chance to take on 'Beauty Tutor' responsibilities, aiding the Store Manager in training the team.
PROCEDURES & POLICIES IMPLEMENTATION
Ensure store compliance with all KIKO standards.
Adhere to KIKO standards as outlined in the KIKO STORE BOOK and as explained by the Store Manager.
Contribute to maintaining high-quality standards regarding store image (layout, merchandising, and cleanliness) and KIKO Customer Care.
Stay updated on market trends consistently.
