Qualifications

Strong passion for supporting children with autism in achieving their full potential. Demonstrated patience, empathy, and teamwork skills. Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED required. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, as well as a Tuberculosis test (if not done within the last year). Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to perform various movements (sit, squat, bend, etc.). Capability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds. Registered Behavior Technician Certification required within 45 days of completing onboarding requirements.
