Genuine passion for supporting children with autism. Patience, compassion, and teamwork skills are essential. Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or GED is required. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, as well as a Tuberculosis test if required. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to perform various tasks such as sitting, squatting, bending, etc. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
