Qualifications

We are seeking individuals who possess:A genuine passion for working with children with autism. Patience, compassion, and excellent teamwork skills. Must be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or GED. Ability to secure CPR and First Aid certifications, along with a Tuberculosis test (if not completed in the last year). Capability to pass a pre-employment background check. Physical agility to perform various movements (sit, squat, bend, etc.). The strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

This rewarding position allows you to work directly with children, applying tailored behavior intervention plans developed under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

In this hands-on role, you will implement evidence-based strategies to foster communication, social skills, and daily living abilities while minimizing challenging behaviors. We seek candidates who are deeply passionate about supporting children with autism to achieve their fullest potential.

This position requires an individual who is patient, compassionate, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring you feel confident and equipped to make a difference, regardless of prior experience. As working with children can be unpredictable, physical stamina is essential, candidates should be comfortable engaging in various physical activities, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
