The Behavior Technician at Centria Autism works directly with children diagnosed with autism in Holliston, Massachusetts. This role involves carrying out individualized treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). The main focus is to help clients develop essential skills, improve behaviors, and enhance their overall quality of life.
What you will do
- Implement treatment plans tailored for each child, following the guidance of a BCBA
- Engage in one-on-one sessions to support skill building and encourage positive behavior changes
- Collaborate with families as part of the care process
